Pocono Mountains United Way Announces Request for Proposals (RFP) for Aspiring Educators Pathway Project Marketing Strategy

Stroudsburg, PA-Pocono Mountains United Way is thrilled to invite qualified marketing and advertising agencies to submit proposals for the development of a marketing strategy and advertising campaign for the Aspiring Educators Pathway Project (AEPP). In collaboration with East Stroudsburg University, this sponsored program aims to encourage individuals, students, and paraprofessionals, particularly from diverse backgrounds, to view teaching as a rewarding and impactful career.

About Pocono Mountains United Way:

Project Budget:
Pocono Mountains United Way allocates $10,000 for the marketing strategy and advertising implementation, emphasizing financial stewardship given its commitment to serving the community’s most vulnerable.

Vendor Selection: April 1, 2024
Vendor Requirements:
Interested parties must submit a comprehensive proposal including business details, team resumes, references, team size, bios, anticipated hours, and a general overview of the marketing strategy, especially targeting BIPOC populations.

Scope of Services:
The selected vendor is expected to create a culturally relevant 2-year marketing strategy, develop social media content for AEPP partners, and demonstrate expertise aligned with project goals.
