Aubrey N. Fleming is an Associate Attorney at Gross McGinley, LLP, where she brings a proactive, client-centered approach to every legal matter, pairing strategic counsel with an unwavering commitment to exceptional service. Aubrey earned her B.S. from Pennsylvania State University in 2020 and J.D. from Penn State Law in 2025. Her scientific background in biochemistry, refined through experiences in molecular biology labs and engagement with scholarly discussion, continues to influence her legal practice, where she navigates challenges with logic and data at hand.

During college, Aubrey organized cancer awareness and fundraising events for the American Cancer Society, and she currently enjoys volunteering for the Wills for Heroes program, assisting local military and first-responder families. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Bar Association of Monroe County, and the Bar Association of Lehigh County.

Outside of her professional and community commitments, Aubrey enjoys gardening, staying active at the gym, watching science documentaries, and spending time with family and friends.

Jason Bays is Vice President and General Manager of Camelback Resort, where his career in the resort industry began at age 16 as a lifeguard. A Pocono Mountains native, Jason has built a career spanning hotels, ski resorts, waterparks, and recreation.

Prior to returning to Camelback, Jason worked for Great Wolf Resorts, leading properties as General Manager in Ohio, Georgia, and Florida. Jason returned home to the Pocono Mountains to lead Camelback Resort, one of the Northeast’s major four-season resort destinations. In his role, he is leading business transformation efforts focused on strengthening resort performance, enhancing the guest experience, and positioning Camelback for long-term growth.

Jason holds an MBA and is passionate about hospitality, developing people, and supporting the communities in which he lives and works. He and his wife, April, have two young sons, Oliver and Noah, and two dogs, Oakley and Willow.
