Chris Barrett, Chair 

• Chris Barrett brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community service. As our new Chair, Chris will lead the Board with a focus on strategic growth, collaboration, and impactful initiatives. His vision and leadership will be instrumental in guiding Pocono Mountains United Way toward achieving our goals and making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve. 

Michael Sherman, Vice-Chair 

• Michael Sherman, our newly elected Vice-Chair, is known for his innovative approach and passion for community development. Michael’s expertise in organizational management and his dedication to volunteerism will help strengthen our programs and outreach efforts. We are confident that under his guidance, Pocono Mountains United Way will continue to expand its impact and reach within the community. 

Jamie Schmeelk, Treasurer 

• Jamie Schmeelk steps into the role of Treasurer with a strong financial management background and a deep understanding of our community’s unique needs. Jamie’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to transparency will ensure that our financial resources are managed effectively, allowing us to maximize our support for critical community programs. 

Tim Kresge, Secretary 

• Tim Kresge, our new Secretary, brings extensive experience in governance and organizational leadership. Tim’s attention to detail and effective communication will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our Board operations. His commitment to our mission will help drive our initiatives forward with clarity and purpose.
