FY 2026/2027 Resource Investment Process

The FY 2026/2027 Resource Investment application process opens on January 1, 2026 and the submission deadline will be Saturday, January 31, 2026 by 11:00pm. Beginning January 1st, agencies can start the application process at https://agency.e-cimpact.com/login.aspx?org=40570U
