The HealthWell Foundation

The HealthWell Foundation’s program is in place to address the needs of individuals who cannot afford their insurance copayments, premiums, coinsurance, or other out-of-pocket health care costs. The Foundation also provides assistance to uninsured patients seeking help paying for insurance premiums or will help a patient to identify insurance options, especially if the patient or family has recently undergone a significant event, such as the loss of a job or a recent diagnosis of an illness that requires treatment with high cost medications.
