Team Mentoring/Community Service

Teams of volunteer adults (Mentor’s) meet with youth (mentee’s) aged 15-23 in the community at least twice a month. Staff Mentors meet with individuals sentenced by the state correctional facility to complete Community Service Projects. During the week the Mentees will work on targeting tasking relating the individuals Vision plan and on the weekend they will meet in groups. These teams build a rapport, participate in outings that are designed to build self esteem, learn about culture, discover purpose for each persons life, develop life skills, have fun with positive role models.
