Moving Mountains. The Pocono Chamber of Commerce is made up of people working together to make our community a better place to live and do business. Chamber memberships are beneficial to many businesses and organizations, from sole proprietorships to small businesses, from large corporations to non-profit organizations. Your membership not only entitles you to the chamber’s services, it gives you the opportunity to participate at many different levels. Chamber networking functions such as business card exchanges, monthly breakfasts and Women in Business luncheons offer members the chance to socialize and develop new business contacts. Our annual Expo brings 200 businesses and organizations together to showcase their products and services for thousands of community members from all walks of life. Volunteering on a chamber committee also gives members the chance to get involved, improve our community and network. As the representative of 1,700 businesses and organizations throughout the Poconos, the chamber handles hundreds of requests for information from members as well as people interested in learning about our community. The chamber also provides valuable referrals that translate into more business for members. Every chamber member is listed in the annual Membership Directory and Buyer’s Guide – a comprehensive resource for both community members and new residents.
