Permanent Supportive Housing Program (Crossroads)

Permanent Supportive Housing is a program through Catholic Social Services that serves chronically homeless persons with disabilities. An individual is considered chronically homeless if they have been homeless for one year straight or if the person has had four homeless episodes in a three year period. Consumers in Permanent Supportive Housing can spend up to 36 months in the program.
