Open Systems Healthcare (OSH) caregivers provide personal and attendant care services to help consumers in their day-to-day activities, such as: – Dressing – Meal preparation – Transferring and providing general comfort – Companionship services – Bathing and toileting – Physical exercise and stimulation – Personal Care – Instrumental activities of daily living Note: While we cannot distribute the consumer’s medication ourselves, we will remind our clients to take self-administered medications at prescribed times.
