There is no pediatric oncology treatment in Monroe County at this time. The nearest treatment facility is in Allentown, Pa, or Philadelphia. This puts a tremendous financial strain on any family residing in Monroe County who has a pediatric oncology patient. This organization was formed to fill a need to support these families very specifically.
