Crossroads Community Services

Crossroads began as a permanent supportive housing program providing service to people who have serious and persistent mental illness, and who have experienced homelessness. A permanent supportive housing program serves homeless adults and families with an adult member disabled due to serious and persistent mental illness. Intensive case management provides recovery-oriented services to people with serious mental illness. The Flexible Housing Fund program provides one-time financial assistance for persons with disability (a serious and persistent mental illness or drug and alcohol diagnosis) to sustain their housing. Services are provided to persons residing in Carbon, Monroe and Pike counties.
