The Burnley Workshop – Allied Services Waiver Coordination. Home and Community Based Services, funded by the Department of Public Welfare, Office of Long Term Living and the Medical Assistance Waiver, is targeted to help eligible adults 18 and older, who are physically disabled, live as independently as possible, remain in their home and seek and/or maintain employment. Waiver Coordination assists with access to Home and Community supports and services. Assessment and scheduling of services which are tailored to the individual and varied needs of their consumers including: Personal care Durable medical equipment Home Modifications Personal emergency Response systems Nursing Therapy Respite Our Services
