Bureau of Family Health – WIC Division

WIC is a federally funded program that provides healthy supplemental foods and nutrition services in a supportive environment for pregnant women, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age five. Dads, grandparents and guardians may enroll children in their custody. Since 1974, Pennsylvania WIC has proven effective in preventing and improving nutrition related health problems within the WIC population at over 340 locations in the state.
