Adoption Services is a fully licensed, non-profit, private adoption agency. They are committed to being the most professional, careful, and caring agency you can find. They cut no corners, take no shortcuts, make sure that you take no unnecessary risks, and provide you with all possible information. Nothing is forgotten or left out. They provide no cost comprehensive counseling and guidance to pregnant teens and adults. And provide adoptions that combine the best of private and agency adoptions and open and closed adoptions; and to do this in a way that avoids the risks birthparents face if they proceed on their own. Why they are different: 1. Available when needed, 7 days a week 365 days a year. 2. Offer services before, during, and after childbirth, including payment of legal and medical bills. 3. No charge for any services to birthparents. 4. Conduct open and closed adoptions and avoid unnecessary physical, emotional and legal risk to all. The option of being as involved in the selection or meeting of the adopting family is widely respected. 5. Choose to have the adopting family selected from the waiting list or be more active in the selection. 6. Every possible precaution is taken and families are investigated very carefully. 7. Do not use traditional foster care! 8. Help is provided no matter what your circumstance is. 9. All legally allowable medical, legal, and other expenses will be paid so that the client will not have to worry. 10. The help does not stop after the adoption, children are always being check in on long after the adoption. 11. Will help you understand the adoption process. 12.
