Adoption and Subsidized Adoption – Monroe County Children and Youth

Monroe County Children and Youth Services provides adoption services for children in agency foster care who cannot return home. These are children who are physically and/or mentally handicapped, emotionally disturbed or hard to place because of age, sibling relationship or ethnicity.
